Journey ofthe Bean

Every scroll reveals a new dimension — from the cherry to the cup, a story told in motion.

Ethiopian Heritage

Origin& Altitude

Grown in the Yirgacheffe highlands where coffee was first discovered, our beans carry the weight of centuries. At 1,900 metres above sea level, slow ripening concentrates every nuance into a singular cup — complex, clean, unmistakable.

Natural Process

Sun-DriedPerfection

Each cherry is hand-sorted twice at harvest and laid on raised African beds for 21–28 days under the equatorial sun. The fruit ferments slowly around the seed, imparting a jammy sweetness no washed process can replicate.
